Climber’s rejoice! The New Glarus is here. Featuring numerous climbing activities, this structure will keep kids busy and while also providing a total body workout. Climbing offers a plethora of physical benefits. It is a splendid way to increase balance, upper body strength, fine motor skills, motor planning, and coordination. Every single side of this structure has a distinct climber. The Chain Climbing Wall is a great total body exercise. The chains are rigid and can handle multiple children at once, but it is also flexible enough to test kids’ balance, coordination, and strength. Adjacent to it is the 90 Degree Trapezoid Loop Ladder. This turning, overhead activity is a great way to increase hand-eye coordination and grip strength. Similarly, kids can go around in loops with the Octagon Straight Rung Horizontal Ladder. Children can coil their way up the Spiral Climber or up the Vertical Ladder to directly access the two slides.
